Job description for Affiliate & Community Staff at CV Mitra Karya Abadi (Genny Shoes)
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Marketing, Communication Studies, Business, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Community Management, Digital Marketing, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Understanding of the affiliate marketing ecosystem, specifically TikTok Affiliate, Shopee Affiliate, and similar platforms.
- Knowledge of community development strategies, with the ability to build strong relationships with affiliates, KOLs, influencers, and content creators.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and current digital marketing trends.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Strong administrative, coordination, and database management skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, creative, and possess effective problem-solving skills.
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team, with experience working toward specific targets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop affiliate marketing programs to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
- Source, identify, and recruit potential affiliates, KOLs, influencers, and content creators.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners and the community.
- Handle onboarding, provide product information, and educate affiliates about ongoing programs and campaigns.
- Develop and execute community activation strategies to boost member engagement and loyalty.
- Manage communication and interaction within the community via WhatsApp Groups, Telegram, or other platforms.
- Coordinate campaigns, promotions, and special programs for both affiliates and the community.
- Monitor affiliate performance based on traffic, engagement, conversion, and sales.
- Evaluate affiliate programs and provide recommendations for strategic development.
- Prepare regular reports on activities, community growth, and the achievement of affiliate targets.
- Conduct competitor research and identify new opportunities to expand the affiliate network and community.
Working Hours : Senin - Sabtu
