Aesthetic Doctor – Job Description
1. Perform Aesthetic Treatments
Conduct a range of aesthetic treatments from basic to advanced procedures including Botox, fillers, laser treatments, skin rejuvenation, and other aesthetic procedures in accordance with medical standards and clinic protocols
2. Patient Consultation and Assessment
Provide comprehensive consultations to understand patient concerns, medical history, and aesthetic goals. Perform facial analysis and clinical assessment to recommend the most appropriate treatment options.
3. Develop Personalized Treatment Plans
Design individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, skin condition, and desired outcomes while ensuring safety, effectiveness, and realistic expectations.
4. Patient Education and Communication
Explain treatment procedures, expected results, possible side effects, risks, and post-treatment care clearly to patients to ensure informed consent and proper understanding.
5. Ensure Patient Safety and Clinical Standards
Maintain the highest standards of medical safety, hygiene, and ethical practice during all procedures in compliance with medical regulations and clinic protocols.
6. Treatment Documentation
Maintain accurate and complete medical records including patient history, treatment details, products used, before–after documentation, and follow-up notes.
7. Post-Treatment Monitoring and Follow-up
Monitor patient progress after treatment, manage any post-procedure concerns or complications, and provide appropriate follow-up care to ensure optimal results.
8. Collaboration with Clinic Team
Work closely with beauty consultants, therapists, and clinic staff to ensure smooth patient flow, effective treatment planning, and high-quality patient experience.
9. Continuous Learning and Professional Development
Actively participate in training programs, workshops, and clinical updates to enhance knowledge and skills in aesthetic medicine.
10. Support Clinic Performance and Patient Satisfaction
Contribute to achieving clinic performance targets by providing excellent patient care, building patient trust, and encouraging long-term treatment relationships.
Aesthetic Doctor – Job Requirements
1. Medical Education
A licensed medical professional who has completed Pendidikan Profesi Dokter (Medical Doctor Program) from an accredited university.
2. Professional Registration
Possess a valid and active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) and legally permitted to practice medicine in Indonesia.
3. Aesthetic Medicine Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in aesthetic medicine, with hands-on experience performing basic aesthetic procedures such as Botox, fillers, skin boosters, lasers, or other non-surgical aesthetic treatments.
4. Certified Aesthetic Training
Have completed recognized aesthetic training or certification programs related to aesthetic procedures, ensuring competency in safe and proper treatment techniques.
5. Clinical and Consultation Skills
Strong ability to conduct patient consultations, assess facial conditions, and recommend appropriate treatment plans based on patient needs and medical considerations.
6. Communication and Patient Care
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust, educate patients about procedures, and deliver a high standard of patient care.
7. Professionalism and Ethical Practice
Demonstrate strong medical ethics, professionalism, and adherence to clinical safety standards and aesthetic practice guidelines.
8. Continuous Learning Mindset
Willing to continuously update knowledge and skills in aesthetic medicine through training, workshops, and professional development programs.
