AEM Developer

💼 About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AEM Full Stack Developer to maintain and enhance websites built on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). You will be responsible for both backend and frontend development — building components, integrating systems, improving site performance, and ensuring a seamless user experience. This role suits someone who enjoys working across the full stack and takes pride in delivering stable, high-quality AEM solutions.

🎯 What You Will Be Doing

• Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, services, and workflows
• Build and enhance OSGi bundles, Sling models, and servlets for backend logic
• Implement and update front-end features using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Integrate AEM with external systems and REST/SOAP APIs
• Support content authors and deployment teams in day-to-day operations
• Optimize AEM performance, scalability, and security
• Collaborate with UX/UI, backend, and QA teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Maintain code quality through reviews, testing, and best practices
• Stay up to date with AEM platform updates and new development trends

✅ What We Are Looking For

• 3–5+ years of experience developing with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x or later)
• Strong skills in Java/J2EE, Sling, OSGi, JCR, and RESTful API integration
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web development
• Understanding of AEM architecture, repository structure, and workflows
• Familiar with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven, Gradle)
• Experience with troubleshooting, performance tuning, and backend debugging
• Knowledge of Adobe Marketing Cloud tools (Analytics, Target, Launch) is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills

⭐ Bonus Points If You Have

• Adobe Certified Expert (AEM Developer) certification
• Experience deploying via Adobe Cloud Manager, AWS, or Azure
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows

🎓 Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
