Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Ads Operations, or related fields.
- Familiar with advertising platforms such as Meta Ads and/or Google Ads.
- Experience managing Marketplace Ads (Shopee Ads, Tokopedia Ads, TikTok Shop Ads, or similar platforms) will be a strong advantage.
- Basic understanding of campaign setup, audience targeting, budgeting, and campaign performance metrics.
- Comfortable working with data and reports using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify insights from campaign performance.
- Open to feedback, coaching, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Plan, set up, and manage advertising campaigns across Marketplace Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and ensure advertising budgets are allocated effectively.
- Optimize campaign targeting, placements, creatives, and bidding strategies to improve results.
- Conduct market, audience, and competitor research to support campaign initiatives.
- Collaborate with Creative and Marketing teams to develop advertising assets and messaging.
- Perform A/B testing to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
- Analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, Conversion Rate, and ROAS, and prepare regular performance reports.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve advertising performance across digital channels.
