Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Statistics or a related field
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns directly inside Meta Ads Manager
- Strong documented history of generating high-quality qualified leads and optimizing online-to-offline sales funnels (such as CRM or WhatsApp conversion flows)
- Advanced operational knowledge of Meta Ads framework, including setup and troubleshooting of Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), custom events, and data tracking
- Exceptional data-driven mindset with extensive experience in structuring A/B tests (creatives, copywriting, hooks) and turning complex metrics into actionable growth
