Job description for Ads Specialist at Patris Official

Job Descripcition :

  • Mengelola seluruh akun iklan berbayar (paid advertising) PATRIS secara mandiri, mulai dari tahap penyiapan (setup), optimasi berkelanjutan, hingga pemantauan harian.
  • Mengalokasikan anggaran secara dinamis berdasarkan data ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) waktu nyata (real-time) di berbagai platform dan kampanye iklan.
  • Memastikan setiap kampanye iklan telah memenuhi target minimum ROAS sebelum mengambil keputusan untuk meningkatkan anggaran (scaling up).
  • Melakukan A/B testing untuk aset kreatif minimal dua kali sebulan guna mengidentifikasi formula visual atau konten yang memiliki efisiensi tinggi.
  • Merumuskan creative brief baru untuk tim Branding berdasarkan data performa yang objektif, bukan berdasarkan preferensi pribadi.
  • Memperbarui aset kreatif secara berkala untuk mencegah kejenuhan iklan (ad fatigue) pada audiens target.
  • Memantau metrik utama harian secara ketat, termasuk ROAS, CTR, CPA, dan tingkat konversi (conversion rate) di seluruh platform.
  • Menyusun dan mempresentasikan laporan performa iklan mingguan yang komprehensif kepada Head of Ecommerce.
  • Mengidentifikasi tren pasar dan anomali performa secara cepat untuk segera mengambil tindakan korektif tanpa harus menunggu laporan bulanan.

Qualification :

  • Memiliki pengalaman kerja selama 3–5 tahun di bidang performance marketing atau periklanan digital (digital advertising).
  • Memiliki rekam jejak yang terbukti dalam mengelola anggaran iklan (ad spend) dan ROAS secara langsung sebagai tanggung jawab utama.
  • Mahir dalam mengoperasikan minimal 2 platform iklan berikut: Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, atau Shopee/Tokopedia Ads.
  • Tidak mengambil keputusan terkait anggaran tanpa adanya dukungan data performa yang kuat.
  • Memiliki pemahaman yang mendalam tentang model atribusi (attribution models) dan pelacakan konversi (conversion tracking).
  • Memiliki pengalaman bekerja di industri fashion D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) atau e-commerce di Indonesia.
  • Memiliki pemahaman yang kuat tentang TikTok Shop Ads sebagai saluran pertumbuhan (growth channel) baru.
  • Memiliki sertifikasi resmi Meta Ads atau Google Ads (menjadi nilai tambah).
