Job description for Ads Specialist at Babycare

We are looking for a data-driven and performance-oriented Ads Specialist to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across TikTok Ads, TikTok Shop Ads, Shopee Ads.

Job Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across TikTok and Shopee Ads

Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.

Collaborate with creative and content teams to improve ad performance.

Optimize advertising budgets to maximize profitability and sales growth.

Generate regular reports and provide actionable insights based on campaign data.

Stay updated with platform algorithms, trends, and advertising best practices.

Support overall e-commerce growth strategy through paid marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in digital advertising, ecommerce preffered.

Strong understanding of TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads, and marketplace advertising systems.

Experienced in campaign optimization and performance analysis.

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.

Familiar with advertising metrics such as ROAS, CTR etc

Able to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.

Experience in e-commerce or TikTok Shop industry is highly preferred.
