Oxar is an end-to-end distribution partner for consumer brands in Indonesia. We manage the full commercial journey, from multi-warehouse e-commerce operations to offline channel coverage, so our brand partners can focus on building their products while we handle the complexity of getting them to market.
The Role
We're looking for a performance-driven ads specialist who can manage and optimize paid media across multiple platforms and multiple brands simultaneously. You'll own the ads execution for Oxar's client portfolio, with a strong focus on Meta, while also navigating marketplace and other digital channels as needed.
What You'll Do
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid ads campaigns across Meta (primary), TikTok Ads, and marketplace advertising (Tokopedia, Shopee, TikTok Shop)
- Manage ads for multiple client brands simultaneously, ensuring each account hits its performance targets (ROAS, CPP, conversion)
- Monitor campaign performance daily, identify underperforming ads, and make data-driven adjustments
- Collaborate with Account Executives and clients to align campaign strategy with brand objectives and promotional calendars
- Produce clear performance reports and translate results into actionable recommendations for internal teams and clients
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in any field; Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience running paid ads, with strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager
- Comfortable managing ads across multiple platforms (Meta, TikTok Ads, marketplace ads)
- Analytical mindset; able to read campaign data and make fast, informed optimizations
- Experienced in managing multiple brand accounts or clients at the same time
- Detail-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
Nice to Have
- Experience running ads for beauty, skincare, personal care, or FMCG brands
- Familiarity with managing high-budget campaigns
- Experience with marketplace ads dashboards (Tokopedia Ads, Shopee Ads, TikTok Shop Ads)
