Job description for Ads Specialist at DWI KRAFI | LASKALA BATIK GROUP

Tanggung Jawab

  1. Merancang strategi iklan digital di berbagai platform (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, dll).
  2. Melakukan setup, monitoring, dan optimasi campaign secara berkala.
  3. Menganalisis performa iklan berdasarkan KPI (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rate).
  4. Melakukan A/B testing untuk meningkatkan efektivitas campaign.
  5. Mengelola budget iklan agar efisien dan sesuai target.
  6. Berkolaborasi dengan tim kreatif untuk materi visual dan copywriting.
  7. Membuat laporan performa campaign secara rutin.
  8. Mengikuti tren digital advertising terbaru.

Wewenang

  1. Menentukan strategi dan alokasi budget iklan digital.
  2. Mengoptimalkan atau menghentikan campaign berdasarkan performa.
  3. Memberikan rekomendasi strategi digital marketing kepada manajemen.


Persyaratan Pekerjaan

  1. Pendidikan minimal S1 Marketing, Komunikasi, atau bidang terkait.
  2. Pengalaman minimal 1–3 tahun di bidang digital advertising.
  3. Menguasai platform iklan seperti Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads.
  4. Memahami digital funnel dan customer journey.
  5. Terbiasa menggunakan tools analitik (Google Analytics, Ads Manager).
  6. Mampu bekerja dengan target dan deadline.
