Job description for Ads Specialist/Digital Ads Specialist at Idein Branding & Advertising
- Initiating and performing effective digital campaigns through Facebook Ads, Tiktok Ads, and IG Ads. (Having knowledge about Google Ads is also a plus).
- Handling clients’s social media account, acting as an admin and interact with the clients’s social media followers.
- Speaking with Account Executives around client requirements, results and concerns. (Coordinating closely with Content Creators as well to select which content will perform the best with advertising in mind).
- Paid campaign conceptualisation and strategic implementation to meet core business objectives.
- Copywriting and creative design for ad creation is a plus.
- Regular analysis and reporting on results, social media metrics and ads performance.
- Responsible for day-to-day management and execution of a broad range of digital marketing, including paid Ads, content marketing, organic.
- Strategically building traffic for social media platform, including optimization for clicks, sessions, install, leads, and video campaigns.
- Monitoring, tracking, and analyzing the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Multitasking, tracking ads performance and also post contents that has been generated by the content creators team on client’s social media
- Communication is very important, able to effectively communicate about the performance of ads to Account Executives and give constructive feedbacks to Content Creators
- Able to read and analyze data from ads traffic across social media platform, and also able to set up business accounts for the clients
- Be initiatives, keep tracking the performance of ads, and give suggestion and feedbacks to Account Executive, and Content Creators
- Listen well and give response accordingly.
- Write report on the effectiveness of ads across social media for all clients
- Social media savvy, keep up with trends, and able to identify which trends that will help boost ads performance.
- Internal meetings to generate new leads on how the ads can be more effective.
