Job description for Ads Ops Specialist at BintanGO
We’re looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Ads Ops Specialist to manage and optimize our paid media campaigns across TikTok, Shopee, Meta, and other platforms. If you have a passion for data, performance marketing, and media planning, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
📌 Media Planning & Projections
Develop strategic media plans and budget projections based on campaign objectives.
Provide insights on expected reach, engagement, and ROAS.
📌 Ads Placement & Optimization
Manage and execute ads on TikTok, Shopee, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
Continuously optimize ad performance by adjusting targeting, creatives, and budget allocation.
📌 Performance Analysis & Reporting
Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
Conduct creative analysis to determine what works best and suggest improvements.
Provide detailed performance reports with actionable insights.
Requirements
✅ Experience in performance marketing, media buying, or ad operations.
✅ Strong knowledge of TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads, Meta Ads, and digital ad strategies.
✅ Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance trends and optimize campaigns.
✅ Familiarity with ad tracking tools, A/B testing, and audience segmentation.
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
