We are seeking an energetic, articulate, and highly driven Admission & Marketing Officer to be the face of our school and guide prospective families through their enrollment journey.
About the Role
The Admission & Marketing Officer is responsible for attracting new families to Wira’s Playroom and driving the enrollment pipeline from initial inquiry to final registration. In this dual-focus role, you will manage our brand's social media platforms and marketing campaigns, while personally hosting school tours and securing student enrollments. You will oversee our Administrative Staff, report directly to the Principal, and work in close coordination with the Operation Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Inquiry Management & First Contact: Act as the primary, welcoming point of contact for prospective families. Promptly handle telephone, email, and walk-in inquiries, follow up on leads, and schedule school tours to keep the admissions pipeline moving.
- Admissions & Enrollment Closings: Meet prospective parents, present the school’s therapeutic and academic services, host open houses, guide families warmly through the registration steps, and successfully secure student enrollment ("seal the deal").
- Social Media & Brand Campaigning: Manage the school’s digital social platforms. Create, curate, and post approved content that reflects our core institutional values, strictly following established brand and campaign guidelines.
- Cross-Pillar Coordination & Handover: Coordinate enrollment paperwork and registration fees with the Administrative Staff and Finance. Once a family is registered, hand them over to the Education and Clinical teams for formal placement and diagnostic assessment.
- Data Discretion, Consent & Safeguarding: Maintain flawless admissions metrics and pipeline data. Strictly secure signed parental consent before utilizing any child’s photograph, video, or personal journey in marketing materials, ensuring absolute data privacy and safeguarding compliance.
Requirements / Persyaratan:
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in admissions, customer relations, digital marketing, or sales roles. Experience within international/private schools, pediatric clinics, child development centers, or premium hospitality sectors is highly advantageous.
- Core Competencies: Strong command of social media management tools, basic content creation/copywriting, CRM or pipeline database tracking, and excellent presentation skills.
- Language: Fluent in speaking English for professional parent interactions and excellent professional communication in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, warm and empathetic demeanor, excellent persuasion and closing skills, highly organized, and an uncompromised commitment to child safety and data privacy.
