- Ensure the enrolment process runs smoothly, accurately, and well-documented from inquiry to admission.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, punctuality, and strong commitment in all tasks.
- Take responsibility for the end-to-end enrolment process, ensuring efficiency and accountability.
- Organize and manage promotional events (open houses, school tours, playdates) to attract new students and strengthen the school’s visibility in the wider community.
Qualifications:
- S1 (preferably in Marketing, Public Relations, or Marketing Communication)
- Work experience of a minimum of 1 year in sales and customer-related roles
- Genuine interest in the education industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively conveying the school's message to prospective students and parents, as well as for building relationships with media and community stakeholders.
- Professional and mature appearance, with the ability to represent the school confidently in front of parents and the wider community.
- Strong analytical skills: able to process numerical data, interpret results, and provide actionable evaluations to improve the admission process and customer experience
- Capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams within the school
