HR Generalist/HR Staff

Requirements

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1), any major (Psychology/Law/Management/Administration preferred)

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR/GA (fresh graduates welcome)

Able to drive a car and must hold a valid Driving License A (SIM A)

Good communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Sheets

Neat and detail-oriented in handling administrative work

Able to work under deadlines and quick/agile in completing tasks

Understanding of SIPP, e-Dabu, and WLKP is a plus point

Familiar with basic recruitment processes
