PT Assawala Persada Indonesia is a construction company engaged in building construction, infrastructure development, and project management services. As our projects continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to support our Human Resources and administrative functions.

Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for office and project-based personnel.
  • Prepare and maintain employee records, employment contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Support payroll administration, attendance monitoring, and leave management.
  • Manage and update employee data within the HRIS system.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
  • Prepare HR reports and other administrative documentation as required.
  • Assist in maintaining positive employee relations and internal communications.
  • Ensure HR administration complies with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Provide administrative support for HR and operational activities.

Requirements

  • Female.
  • Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, Personnel Administration, or related fields.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets) and Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of Recruitment, Payroll Administration, Employee Relations, and HR Development.
  • Experience using HRIS systems is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under deadlines.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
