Job description for Administrator HR at PT Sumber Cipta Moda
1. Payroll
- Menghitung gaji, tunjangan, bonus, dan potongan.
- Memastikan pembayaran tepat waktu dan akurat.
2. Pajak
- Mengelola PPh 21 dan pelaporan pajak karyawan.
- Memastikan kepatuhan perpajakan.
3. BPJS
- Mendaftarkan, mengelola iuran, dan klaim BPJS.
- Memperbarui data karyawan di BPJS.
4. Database Karyawan
- Memperbarui dan menyimpan data karyawan.
- Menyediakan data untuk laporan dan analisis.
5. Surat-Menyurat
- Menyusun, mendistribusikan, dan mengarsipkan surat resmi.
- Menyediakan surat kebutuhan administratif karyawan.
6. Pengarsipan
- Menyimpan dokumen HRD secara sistematis.
- Mengelola arsip digital dan fisik sesuai kebijakan.
7. Rekrutmen
- Menyusun strategi rekrutmen dan memasang iklan.
- Menyaring kandidat dan mengelola proses seleksi.
8. Peraturan & SOP
- Membuat, memperbarui, dan mengawasi pelaksanaan peraturan serta SOP.
- Mensosialisasikan aturan kepada karyawan.
