Job description for Administrator HR at eVantage HR Pte Ltd
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for HRIS modules to ensure system functionality, usability, and compliance with business requirements.
- Work with developers and stakeholders to identify and resolve system issues before deployment.
- Assist in HRIS system configuration, customization, and implementation for new markets.
- Provide training and support to HR teams and end-users on system functionalities and best practices.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and documentation for system enhancements and new implementations.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure smooth system integration with payroll, benefits, and other HR processes.
- Identify areas for system improvement and recommend enhancements based on user feedback.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations in different markets during system implementation.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR major preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HRIS implementation, UAT testing, or HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, including payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot system issues, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to collaborate with global teams and stakeholders.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for system implementation and training sessions.
