Job description for Administrator HR at ARM Interior
### Qualifications – HRGA Staff
1. Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law, Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources and General Affairs, preferably in construction, interior fit-out, or project-based companies.
3. Understand HR administration, including employee records, attendance, leave management, employment contracts, and personnel documentation.
4. Familiar with recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
5. Understand Indonesian labor regulations, BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and basic payroll administration.
6. Experienced in managing general affairs, including office facilities, company assets, office supplies, and vendor coordination.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and administrative reporting.
8. Able to manage employee data, HR documentation, and general administrative records accurately and confidentially.
9. Have strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
10. Detail-oriented, proactive, disciplined, and able to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
11. Able to coordinate with management, employees, and external parties to ensure smooth HR and office operations.
