Job description for Administrative Intern at Halcyon Agri Corporation Limited
We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and driven Administrative Intern to assist our Logistics department with contract administration and Logistics-related tasks.
Resposibilities:
- Assist with the processing of Purchase & Sales contracts via the trading system
- Assist with the crosschecking of incoming orders and trade confirmation for all transactions
- Assist with the emailing of Purchase & Sales contracts to customers (i.e. buyers and sellers)
- Assisting with the following up with customers for countersigned contracts and Purchase & Sales orders
- Any other contract administration tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration/Finance/Economics or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Highly motivated and possess a positive learning attitude at work
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
