Job Summary

BIASA is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the Management in both business and personal matters. This role requires strong administrative skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full administrative and personal assistance in both business and personal matters.

• Manage calendar, schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.

• Handle and prioritize incoming and outgoing communications (emails, calls, documents).

• Maintain and organize documents, records, and confidential information.

• Assist in daily operations and support ongoing personal projects and business activities.

• Monitor office/personal needs, support basic administrative and basic purchasing tasks (invoicing and tracking).

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as Personal Assistant (preferred).

• Good command of English, both spoken and written (preferred).

• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.

• Able to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Working Hours

08.30 AM to 17.30 PM, 5 days a week.

Location

Kerobokan Kelod, Kec. Kuta Utara, Kab. Badung, Bali.
