Job description
Internship position in our office in Bandung for administration / secretarial duties.
Job Description:
- Managing office correspondence: telephone, fax, email, reception, filing
- Arranging meetings for Director with suppliers, clients and partners
- Search and selection of suppliers for office infrastructure and training business partners
- Handling office infrastructure, expenses and suppliers
- Assisting with training and event organization
- Using CRM, Accounting, HR software applications
- Supporting Business Development, Marketing and IT colleagues
Requirements:
- Specialisation in Secretary or Office Administration, Business Administration, Management preferable
- Able to use MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- English language proficiency in writing and speaking
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, dynamic, persistent attitude
- Ability or interest to work under pressure and in a uncertain and dynamic environment
- Ability to work autonomously
- Interested in working in a start-up company
- Preferably female
This roles given opportunity to work in a new and growing consulting start up company.
Position is open to all who are students or have experience in the field.
Please note, position is for internship only and is without any salary compensation.
