Job description for Administrasi SDM at Twindo Furniture

Tugas Utama Administrasi SDM :

  • Administrasi Rekrutmen: Membantu proses seleksi, penjadwalan wawancara, dan verifikasi dokumen calon karyawan.
  • Pengelolaan Data Karyawan: Menata dokumen administratif , mengatur penginputan, pembaruan, dan pengarsipan data pribadi serta profesional pegawai secara akurat, mulai dari masuk (onboarding) hingga keluar (offboarding)
  • Dokumentasi Kepegawaian: Menyusun surat menyurat dan perjanjian kerja (kontrak).
  • Kepatuhan Hukum: Memastikan kontrak kerja dan kebijakan perusahaan sesuai dengan undang-undang ketenagakerjaan yang berlaku.
  • Manajemen Kinerja (Performance Management): Mengevaluasi kinerja karyawan, memberikan umpan balik.
