Job description for Administrasi HRD & perpajakan at Gama Informatika
- Menghandle hal-hal yang terkait dengan penghitungan, pendaftaran, pelaporan, dan pemnbayaran pajak
- Memverifikasi input dan output dari pajak invoice untuk memastikan keakuratan pajak
- Membuat rekonsiliasi pajak
- Membantu Adminsitrasi HRD, baik dalam hal Data Base Karyawan, Kontrak Karyawan Dll
- Membantu HRD mengerjakan tugas HRD secara umum
- Melakukan Proses Recruitment dan Seleksi
- Mengechek status masa kontrak karyawan, membuat kontrak kerja karyawan baru (PKWT/PKWTT)
- Menangani BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenaga kerjaan Mengontrol Proforma kerja, memberikan surat peringatan, membuat surat pemutusan hubungan kerja karyawan
- Membuat data base karyawan, mendata dan menangani perhitungan absensi, dinas, lembur dan cuti karyawan
- Membuat dan melengkapi surat-surat yang berhubungan dengan HRD (mutasi, promosi, peringatan, dll)
- Filing semua dokumen HRD dengan rapih
- Berkoordinasi dengan pihak-pihak terkait baik internal mapun eksternal
