- Prepare draft contracts and quotations for architectural design services in both Indonesian and English.
- Prepare and monitor studio schedules and team work timelines.
- Manage communication among team members and with clients in a professional manner.
- Record and monitor daily income and expenses.
- Support the smooth day-to-day administrative operations of the studio.
Qualifications
- Proficient in both spoken and written English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented in administration, documentation, and financial records.
- Able to work effectively in a team and communicate proactively.
