About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Admin to join our team at PT EXP FISHING INDONESIA' in Kosambi Banten. This full-time role is crucial in supporting the day-to-day operations of our company and ensuring administrative tasks are handled with the utmost care and accuracy.
What you'll be doing
Providing a wide range of administrative support, including scheduling, filing, data entry, and correspondence management
Assisting with the coordination of meetings, events, and travel arrangements
Maintaining and organising office supplies, inventory, and other resources
Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails
Performing general clerical duties to support the overall team
