Job description for ADMIN at Pt. Jasa Berdikari Logistics

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab :

  • Mengelola administrasi operasional harian (reporting, dokumentasi, dll)
  • Memastikan ketersediaan crew/driver untuk mendukung aktivitas pengiriman
  • Membuat dan mengelola laporan operasional & petty cash
  • Mengajukan dan mengontrol uang jalan operasional
  • Mengolah dan merapikan data untuk kebutuhan payroll
  • Menyusun & monitoring invoice ke customer
  • Koordinasi dengan tim internal & klien terkait administrasi
  • Memastikan semua dokumen dan data tersusun rapi & akurat

Kualifikasi :

  • Teliti, detail-oriented, dan suka kerja dengan data
  • Punya komunikasi yang baik & enak diajak kerja bareng
  • Bisa multitasking dan terbiasa dengan deadlin
  • Familiar dengan Microsoft Office (terutama Excel)
  • Punya pengalaman admin jadi nilai plus (fresh graduate welcome!)
