Job description for ADMIN at Raizing

Raizing adalah perusahaan edukasi yang berfokus pada pengembangan soft skills untuk anak usia 8–19 tahun, khususnya dalam bidang public speaking. Saat ini kami membuka kesempatan bagi individu yang teliti, komunikatif, dan memiliki passion di dunia pendidikan untuk bergabung sebagai Admin Edukasi.

Tanggung Jawab:

Membalas chat customer dengan cepat, ramah, dan profesional (WhatsApp, Instagram, dll)
Mengelola data siswa dan administrasi kelas
Membantu koordinasi jadwal kelas dan kebutuhan operasional
Menjadi penghubung antara orang tua, siswa, dan tim internal

Kualifikasi:

Minimal usia 20 tahun
Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK (Fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar)
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan sopan
Terbiasa menggunakan WhatsApp, Google Docs/Sheets, dan platform digital lainnya
Mampu bekerja dengan rapi, teliti, dan bertanggung jawab
Diutamakan memiliki kemampuan bahasa Inggris (minimal pasif)
