Job description for ADMIN WAREHOUSE at PT Cipta Mapan Logistik Linc Group
- Menjalankan flow proses pekerjaan di Warehouse mulai dari inbound-outbound sesuai dengan SOP
- Melakukan penanganan raw material, finish goods, dan semi finish goods
- Melakukan Input inbound/outbound material di sistem, rekapan dan schedulle inbound/outbound sesuai dengan surat jalan dan form inbound/outbound
- Settlement system (confirm) untuk setiap inbound/outbound
- Melakukan analisa terhadap temuan / masalah di lapangan untuk menemukan akar masalahnya
- Melakukan tracing harian/mingguan/bulanan untuk balancing stock antara aktual dan sistem
Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan min. D3/S1 Semua Jurusan
- Pengalaman min. 1 tahun sebagai Admin di Bidang Warehouse/ Logistics/ Manufacture
- Familiar dengan sistem SAP/WMS
- Mampu mengoperasika MS Office terutama Excel (Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot, If)
- Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem 3 Shift
- Penempatan area Karawang
