Job description for Admin Warehouse at PT. Pillar Brite Care

You Will :

Memproses pesanan masuk (cek order, input, koordinasi ke tim gudang/packing)
Update status pesanan & input nomor resi
Monitoring stok & koordinasi dengan tim warehouse
Menangani komplain customer dengan baik bersama tim
Membuat laporan harian (order & penjualan)

You Are :

Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK
Berpengalaman sebagai admin online shop/marketplace lebih diutamakan terbiasa menggunakan Shopee, Tokopedia, Tiktok Shop (menjadi nilai plus)
Mampu menggunakan omni channel (menjadi nilai plus)
Mampu mengoperasikan basic Excel & Google Sheets
Fast responses
Teliti, rapi, dan bertanggung jawab
Mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan
