Job description for Admin Warehouse at PT Teman Sally Indonesia

Job Desc:
-Create sales orders and delivery orders for each transaction — based on daily incoming invoices.
-Prepare sales orders for hospital project orders.
-Record and transfer stock between brands when a purchase involves products from different brands.
-Check and record incoming goods (inbound) to the warehouse, ensuring the quantity and condition match the delivery documents.
-Handle incoming chats from resellers and process their orders, then create sales orders according to the received requests.
-Monitor stock levels regularly and submit restock requests for products with low inventory.
-Manage product return processes due to packing errors or customer exchange requests, and ensure all return records are properly documented.
-Retrieve, process, and print shipping labels (resi) for online orders from all platforms (via Ginee).
-Check the physical condition and accuracy of goods against the shipping labels before packing.
