Kami membuka posisi Admin Voice Room (Voice Room Operation) untuk kamu yang siap handle operasional, maintain host, dan bikin komunitas jadi lebih hidup!

Apa yang akan kamu kerjakan :

Monitoring & maintain operasional Voice Room
Handle issue & dinamika (drama 😄) secara real-time
Maintain performa Host (feedback, warning, suspend jika diperlukan)
Onboarding & training Host baru
Koordinasi dengan Owner Room (via Discord)
Menjalankan program & event komunitas (Fun Room)
Membuat laporan harian & mingguan

Yang kami butuhkan :

Aktif menggunakan aplikasi GAMI (min. sudah register & paham fitur)
Pernah jadi Host / Co-Host voice room min. 6 bulan (preferred)
Punya leadership & pengalaman handle komunitas / agency
Berpengalaman membuat event
Komunikatif, tegas, dan detail-oriented
Familiar dengan Discord & Google Sheets
Kreatif & suka engage dengan komunitas
Bersedia kerja shifting (malam & weekend)
