PT Gapura Mas Logistics, based in North Jakarta, is currently looking for a responsible and reliable Admin Trucking to support our operational team. This role is responsible for handling daily administrative tasks related to trucking operations and ensuring all data and records are properly maintained.
Responsibilities
- Recap and manage delivery orders / surat jalan
- Prepare and monitor billing and invoicing recap
- Maintain records of tire usage, vehicle maintenance, and repairs
- Handle basic administrative tasks and ensure timely system updates
- Support daily trucking operations and coordinate with internal teams as needed
- Must be reachable and responsive outside normal working hours when required, as trucking operations may run beyond standard office hours
Qualifications
- Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate; Bachelor’s degree (S1) is a plus
- Experience in trucking, logistics, or freight forwarding administration is preferred
- Familiar with trucking operational flow is an advantage
- Able to communicate in basic English (oral and written)
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and well-organized
- Able to manage time effectively and work under pressure
- Willing to be flexible with working hours and remain contactable when needed
- Preferably living in or near North Jakarta
