Job Description:

Menjawab chat, pertanyaan, dan kebutuhan member melalui berbagai channel komunikasi.
Menyiapkan dan memastikan kelancaran event online (Zoom, link, kebutuhan teknis, dan monitoring selama acara berlangsung).
Mengunggah konten ke media sosial dan YouTube, serta melakukan editing konten sederhana bila diperlukan.
Membalas komentar dan direct message (DM) di media sosial sesuai panduan perusahaan.
Membantu kebutuhan administrasi dan operasional tim agar aktivitas harian berjalan lancar.

Requirements:

Minimal D3/S1 (diutamakan Ilmu Komunikasi atau bidang terkait).
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, baik lisan maupun tulisan.
Mampu berpikir kritis dan proaktif dalam mencari solusi, tidak hanya menunggu arahan.
Teliti, cekatan, bertanggung jawab, dan memiliki inisiatif tinggi.
Terbiasa menggunakan komputer serta aplikasi pendukung kerja (Google Workspace, Zoom, media sosial, dll.).
Bersedia bekerja Senin–Sabtu, pukul 14.30–23.00 WIB.
