Job Descriptions :
- Handle communication and follow-ups with partners & customers
- Manage customer complaints, booking orders, and event requests
- Update menus and promotions on online delivery platforms & POS systems
- Support marketing administration and F&B operational activities
- Handle purchasing, procurement, and petty cash reports
- Prepare reports, announcements, and promotional information
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any major
- Minimum 1 year experience in Administration, Marketing Support, or related field
- Experienced or interested in the F&B industry
- Communicative, detail-oriented, and well-organized
- Fast response and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with Google Workspace / Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Willing to handle operational and administrative tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
