Job description for Admin Stok Lapangan at PT INTERNATIONAL LEATHER WORKS

Job Deskripsi :
- Melakukan pencatatan penerimaan, pengeluaran, perpindahan, dan penggunaan stok di lapangan.
- Melakukan pengecekan stok fisik secara rutin dan memastikan kesesuaiannya dengan data administrasi.
- Melakukan stock opname secara berkala dan membuat laporan hasil pengecekan.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim gudang, logistik, supervisor, dan tim lapangan terkait ketersediaan serta pergerakan stok.
- Memastikan seluruh transaksi stok memiliki dokumen atau bukti pendukung yang lengkap.
- Memperbarui data stok secara akurat dan tepat waktu.

Kualifikasi:
Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK, D3/S1 menjadi nilai tambah.
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Admin Stok, Admin Gudang, Inventory Control, atau posisi sejenis.
Mampu melakukan pencatatan dan pengecekan stok secara akurat.
Mampu melakukan stock opname dan mencocokkan stok fisik dengan data administrasi.
Bersedia melakukan pekerjaan lapangan dan pengecekan stok secara langsung.
