Job description for Admin Staff at PT. BANGUN SEMANGAT BERSAMA

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan:

  • Kelola & update dokumen-dokumen pelanggan secara berkala
  • Cek dan arsipkan dokumen pengiriman (Surat Jalan, POD, Manifest)
  • Proses & verifikasi Berita Acara Balik (BAB)
  • Buat dan rekap laporan dokumen
  • Koordinasi dengan tim Operasional & vendor terkait order dan kebutuhan customer

Kualifikasi:

  • Minimal SMA/SMK/D3/S1 — diutamakan jurusan Administrasi, Marketing, atau Manajemen
  • Pengalaman min. 1 tahun di posisi Admin Sales / Admin Marketing / Admin Dokumen (fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar)
  • Menguasai Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) dan Canva
  • Teliti, rapi, komunikatif, dan mampu bekerja dengan target
  • Nilai tambah: pengalaman di bidang logistik/ekspedisi atau menguasai OneDrive
  • Memiliki kemampuan administrasi dan dokumentasi yang baik
