Requirements :

* A Diploma Degree in any major

* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to provide solutions to clients

* Fast response with strong understanding of customer needs

* Ability to deliver excellent customer service experience

* Adaptable personality with the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* ⁠Experience in sales, customer service, or target based roles is a plus

* Working Location / Division : Mecapan Space

Job Description :

* Assisting day to day administration for Mecapan Space

* Handling client request and needs

* Responding to customer chat and complaints

* Coordinating with photographer for photoshoot

* Follow up and processing payments to customer

* Backup for operational at mecapan space if needed

* ⁠Assist in monitoring the company’s social media activities
