Menjawab chat di semua akun media sosial dan Marketplace (IG, TikTok, Tokopedia, Shopee dll)

Fokus pada konversi penjualan dalam menjawab pertanyaan konsumen.

Memonitor dan merespons pesan, komentar, dan pertanyaan dari pengikut media sosial.

Mengatur pesanan yang ada di marketplace (Cek progress)

Job Requirements

Pendidikan Minimal SMA/SMK atau lebih tinggi.

Pengalaman kerja sebagai Admin Media Sosial dan marketplace (toko handphone menjadi nilai plus) atau posisi sejenis minimal 1 tahun

Memiliki kemampuan online selling yang bagus.

Memiliki pemahaman tentang platform media sosial seperti Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, dll

Disiplin, Teliti, dan memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
