Job description for Admin Secretariat at P3SM - Pusat Pembinaan Pelatihan dan Sertifikasi Mandiri
- Prepare meeting and event materials, such as name badges, table tents, and agendas.
- Assist with maintaining an orderly, neat, and clean appearance of offices and training rooms.
- Schedule and organize activities, such as meetings, conference calls, travel, and logistics.
- Prioritize, organize, prepare, and distribute internal/external documents, including memoranda, letters, reports, presentations, etc.
- Coordinates communication between different departments within a company to facilitate projects and operations.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD or other engineering software programs.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Demonstrated attention to detail and task follow-through
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with project team members and clients
- Strong client-service mentality and an attitude and desire to help project teams be successful
- A flexible working style and the ability to work independently and with teams of specialists to meet client and project needs
- Willing to work with a contract system (1-year contract) and ready to be placed in Pluit, North Jakarta.
