Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK (Terbuka untuk semua bidang)

Lebih disukai apabila memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di telesales/inside sales, diutamakan dari industri IT/SI

Memahami dasar produk IT (networking, cloud, server, cybersecurity menjadi nilai tambah)

Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik

Terbiasa menggunakan CRM (seperti Salesforce, HubSpot, atau sejenisnya)
