Job description for Admin Sales at Pt. Oto Klix Indonesia
- Create detailed reports for B2B and B2C transactions
- Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation of revenue-related processes, including contracts, pricing agreements, and other relevant documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts receivable to tracking workshop limits for order procsessing
- Communicate and socialize updates pricelist to revenue team
- Maintain and update memos related to sales and revenue administration, ensuring clarity and accessibility of information
- Regularly update the sales scorecard, tracking and analyzing key performance indicators to assess the success of sales efforts
- Monitor and update hold sales orders, collaborating with the finance ops team to resolve any issues and ensure smooth order processing.
- Work closely with the sales and finance teams to reconcile revenue-related information, resolve queries, and streamline communication for efficient revenue administration
- Provide support to the sales team by addressing queries, offering assistance in data analysis, and facilitating effective communication between departments
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in generating detailed reports in revenue administration, or a related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Proficient in using relevant software and tools for report generation, data analysis, and documentation
- Strong documentation skills, including the ability to maintain contracts, pricing agreements, and other relevant documents.
