KEY OF QUALIFICATION:
- Female, currently residing in Surabaya.
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Science or Engineering disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Marketing Administrator, Sales Support, Marketing Support, Sales Analyst, Marketing Analyst, Business Analyst, or a similar role within a manufacturing (B2B) company.
- Proven experience in processing high volumes of Purchase Orders (POs), order administration, and delivery scheduling.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and HLOOKUP, with the ability to manage and analyze large datasets accurately.
- Fast and accurate typing skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a firm and proactive approach.
- Able to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly adaptable, self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Odoo, Accurate, or other ERP software is an advantage.
- Willing to work full-time and be based in West Surabaya.
- Willing to attend an onsite interview at Bricon Surabaya.
