Deskripsi Perusahaan:

PT Plasma Unitech Global atau yang sering disebut PLASMA didirikan pada bulan Mei 2017, oleh tim yang berpengalaman lebih dari 20 tahun dalam penjualan & pemasaran untuk produk Life Science/Biotechnology dan juga kami mendukung instrumen, reagen, bahan habis pakai dan layanan untuk sektor klinis, pendidikan, farmasi, makanan & minuman, perikanan & pertanian.

Tanggung Jawab:

• Proses Pembuatan dokumen sales Quotation

• Proses Pembuatan Sales Order

• Memperbarui data pelanggan (kontak, histori pembelian, status pembayaran).

• Mengirim Konfirmasi Order & Mencetak dokumen Order untuk arsip

• Proses Dokumen pendaftaran Vendor

• Proses pendaftaran Vendor pada wibside

• Proses beberapa dokumen surat pendukung

• menyiapkan dokumen- dokumen sebagai kelengkapan untuk pengiriman

• Melist kebutuhan ATK

• menyiapkan dokumen untuk syarat pengambilan STNK & Perpanjangan

• Mengarsipkan dokumen penjualan dengan rapi dan sesuai SOP

• Memastikan semua proses administrasi mengikuti kebijakan perusahaan

Kualifikasi:

• Fresh Graduate Welcome Apply

• Pendidikan minimal S1 Adminstrasi/Akuntansi

• Kuat dalam analitis, problem-solving & keterampilan konseptual.

• Memiliki komitmen yang tinggi, inisiatif dan pekerja keras, bertanggung jawab terhadap pekerjaan, detail oriented dan multitasking
