Job description for Admin Sales at Arvis
- Support Sales team with administrative tasks
- Collecting, controlling, and managing all data sales
- Make sales report activity (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Prepare all necessary documents for selling purposes
- Supporting the sales team by giving accurate and timely data or information
- Able to support customer's needs by communicating and interacting in good manner (maintain close relationships with customers)
- Create and submit sales recapitulation
- Support to provide data and general administration when required
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. Fresh Graduates can apply.
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Superb organizational and time management abilities
- Familiar with and able to use Microsoft Office/Google suite (especially excel , Google Slides, GDocs, google sheet)
- Familiar in using a web based sales pipeline management application
- Great collaboration and communication skills
- Willing to be place in Marunda, North Jakar
