Job description for Admin Sales at PT Destini Marine Safety
Admin Sales Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks related to sales, including preparing quotations, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records.
- Support the sales team by identifying and pursuing potential business leads to drive sales growth.
- Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to track progress toward targets and identify improvement areas.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or administrative support within a sales department.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
