Job description for Admin Sales at PT COTG Sukses Makmur
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the entry, review, follow-up, and delivery of sales orders;
2. Follow up on customer payments and maintain accounts receivable records.
3. Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics providers, and track the progress of goods delivery.
4. Coordinate sales, finance, and the warehouse with customers to promptly resolve delivery discrepancies.
5. Compile order, payment collection, and logistics-related data and reports.
Job Requirements
1. Fluent in English, capable of conducting daily work-related communication;
2. Diligent and meticulous in work, highly responsible, and possesses strong communication and coordination skills.
3. Proficient in office software such as Excel;
4. Interns and recent graduates are welcome; candidates with relevant experience will be given priority.
5. Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and promptly follow up on work outcomes.
