Job Description
- Create and update the Daily Inventory Report, ensuring stock data is accurate and up to date.
- Prepare and monitor the Return Report, including following up on return processes with the warehouse and relevant PICs.
- Support sales and marketing operational needs, such as stock checking and monitoring campaign requirements.
- Collect and manage B2B Report data for all Win-Win brands.
- Assist with data entry during the monthly Stock Opname process.
- Follow up with relevant teams to ensure all requests and tasks are completed according to the timeline.
Qualifications
- Minimum D3/S1 degree, from any major.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Sales Admin, Admin Staff, Sales Support, Inventory Admin, or in a similar position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of basic formulas such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, and Pivot Tables is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to manage data effectively.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with good time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience in FMCG, Beauty, E-commerce, Distribution, or Retail industries is a plus.
