Kualifikasi:

Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK, diutamakan D3/S1
Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Admin Sales / Sales Admin menjadi nilai tambah
Menguasai Microsoft Office, terutama Excel
Teliti, rapi, dan memiliki kemampuan administrasi yang baik
Mampu berkomunikasi dan berkoordinasi dengan baik
Mampu bekerja secara multitasking dan sesuai target
Bersedia bekerja 6 hari kerja

Job Description:

Melakukan proses administrasi terkait aktivitas sales
Menginput dan mengupdate data penjualan secara berkala
Membuat dan mengelola dokumen serta laporan penjualan
Memproses dan memonitor pesanan dari customer
Berkoordinasi dengan tim Sales, Warehouse, Finance, dan departemen terkait
Memastikan data dan dokumen penjualan tersimpan dengan rapi dan akurat
Membantu kebutuhan administratif tim Sales lainnya.
