Job description for Admin Sales (Temporary 2 Months) at Pt. Premiere Beaute Kosmetik

Kami sedang mencari Admin Sales yang berpengalaman menggunakan Accurate Online untuk membantu proses transisi administrasi dan pencatatan perusahaan dari sistem manual ke sistem digital.

Posisi ini bersifat temporary selama 2 bulan, dengan fokus utama pada pemindahan data, penyesuaian database, serta memastikan seluruh administrasi penjualan dapat berjalan dengan rapi dan terintegrasi menggunakan Accurate Online.

Job Responsibilities

Melakukan input dan migrasi data dari pencatatan manual ke Accurate Online.
Mengelola dan memperbarui database.
Melakukan pengarsipan dokumen administrasi.
Melakukan pengecekan kesesuaian data transaksi antara catatan manual dan sistem.

Requirements

Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK.
Wajib memiliki pengalaman menggunakan Accurate Online.
Memahami alur administrasi.
Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Excel atau Google Sheets.
Teliti, detail-oriented, rapi, dan memiliki kemampuan administrasi yang baik.
Mampu melakukan input data dalam jumlah besar dengan akurat.
Memiliki kemampuan problem solving dan cepat beradaptasi.
Bersedia bekerja WFO di Cengkareng - Jakarta Barat.
