Learning Mentor (LM) or we call it as Mentor!
This role for Admin Sales / Business Development (Bootcamp)
Job Purpose :
Assist and facilitate student development through mentoring and coaching
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Talenesia's learning team in designing, evaluating, and iterating learning modules and other materials
- Facilitate learning process through interactive and student-centered online workshop with experiential learning approach
- Allocate approximately 4 hours during the teaching week to prepare materials and classroom activities in collaboration with Talenesia learning team
- Deliver one of following learning: end-to-end sales cycle/process, sales administration, sales data analysis, basic selling skills, project/event management, and sales technology such as CRM
- Actively contributing to Talenesia's series of educator development training and workshop"
Qualifications:
- Possess 5 years of experience in Sales or Administration, preferably as Sales Trainer and Sales Admin
- Bussiness owner of small and medium enterprises is a plus but not obligated
- Passionate in people development, especially for the underserved youth coming from low-mid socio-economic status and non-top tier university
- An active listener who has strong empathy
- Open-minded, creative, and resourceful in assissting students to solve student's larning problem in their career development
- Strong belief in human ability to learn (growth mindset) and has a huge appetite for learning
- Interested to develop competencies in teaching/facilitating/coaching
